How much does a top university, like Harvard, cost without a scholarship?
On Harvard website it says that the tuition fee is $43,000.
Is it per year or for all 4 years?

In fact, Harvard is supposed to cover the financial need for the students.
That is why the students there either have extraordinary abilities, whom university gives scholarships or those who don’t need financial support from a university.

It says that the estimated fee this year is $45K for the year of tuition, $15K for housing and board and something like $4K for books and personal needs.
